Demonstrations and lectures are typically scheduled for Friday, September 29 during the expo.

Fees and Payments

Instructors price their own classes. and will be paid only through Stripe or PayPal their class earnings minus 15%, within 20 business days after the event is completed. Any special equipment rentals, shipping or cleaning fees are the responsibility of the instructor.

Please remember that "we" are a unique not for profit event and promoting a low cost, affordable event for the masses. You should also consider your Event class as an intro to what you can offer at your own location. This means do not do more samples than can reasonably be finished in your class time. This is the most often heard complaint from students of past events.

Most mini classes and lectures are scheduled for evenings or Friday during the expo. Live painting or demonstrations are scheduled during the event party (with auction) and expo.

If working on actual surface you may be assigned an assistant who in exchange for free class can arrive the day before class to do any priming and set-up needed before class and help during class. If you think you need more than one person please let us know.

Tools Required by students

What tools should students bring? Keep list very short. Most attendees will be flying and taking multiple classes.

Products used in class

List any major brands of products used in class and if you are a distributor. If you need product and/or material donated for your class, I suggest reaching out to your supplier. Most are very generous.

Bio

Short bio of your background and experience. This will also be added with your class description. You are welcome to list your website and/or blog.

Photos

In person classes only. The two photos sent at this time need only represent what you want to teach. If your class is chosen, your actual class photos are due May 1, 2023. Send two photos of yourself. Email photos to artfusionevent@gmail.com Subject line: Your name - instructor photos.

Video

You can provide a video to be shown with your class listing. This could be a basic diy or intro to what you are teaching.
