Event Expo dates
Thursday, September 28/ 5pm - 7 for Major Sponsors. Major Sponsors can set up anytime after 3pm on Wednesday.
Friday, September 29 / 9am - 3pm Exhibitors can set up starting at 1pm on Thursday. Doors will be locked at 6pm and open again at 7am. If you need anything different, please reach out.
Thursday, September 28 there is a preview for Major Sponsors and Art Show starting at 5pm. Live painting with live music starting at 6:00pm

Shipping
The hotel will not receive packages before September 18. If boxes are not already marked they should have business name on them and also expo so as not to be confused with instructor’s boxes.

Set-up
We are pretty casual at this expo and try to consider your costs for making the trip here. That being said, you do not need to ship any huge elaborate displays. You will have a 6ft table and you are welcome to bring a table covering and signage.
Promotion
Whether you are attending ArtFusion Event & Expo as a Vendor or Sponsor, we want you to get the most marketing you can. Your logo is placed on the website in at least two areas.
The following are some tips to help you get started.
Promote your participation. On your website. In emails. Join the ArtFusion Event group on Facebook and tell people you will be at the event.
Put the ArtFusion Event logo on your website and business pages.
Contact local businesses. The Expo is open to the public so this is a great opportunity for you to contact local people and businesses that may be interested in your product. Hit the hot spots like Chattanooga, Nashville, and Atlanta.
Offer giveaways during the months leading up to the event.
Start planning now for your exhibitor table. Exhibitors who are active and engage attendees have the most success.
Demonstrations / If you have more than one product to demo, I would suggest scheduling and posting times for them. This gives people a reason to come up back to you.
Raffle prizes.Have a stock of promotional items that you can use as giveaways at your booth Small items that people can take away and use (while being reminded about your business) are best. Be sure you place these items in a location where people will have to walk into or through your trade show display to get them.

The main difference between an Exhibitor & a Sponsor in the ArtFusion system is going to be the level of interactivity. While Exhibitors have a higher level of interaction with attendees, Sponsors by default have a higher amount of logo placement and promotion leading up to the next years event.
