Re.Vive is a not for profit organization that provides volunteers, students and veterans of all skill levels with a hands-on experience refinishing and remodeling historic structures.

Volunteers and students work with Re.Vive instructors to learn decorative finishing and other skills and put those skills to work saving historic places that have fallen into disrepair.

This year ArtFusion Event has partnered with Re.Vive to form the Surface Renovation Event to be held at the historic Stronghold Castle property in Oregon, Illnois.

Volunteers give their time – to pitch in. No experience necessary. Bed, and lunch provided for you.

This year the event will be hosting a lot of actual surface classes and as such, we will need some areas primed prior to class. We also need help with laying down floor protection and taping. Compensation includes free one nights lodging + lunch per minimum of 4 hours. You must book lodging in advance and Stronghold will refund your money on last day of event. If you are able to donate any primer, paint and/or supplies, Stronghold will provide you with a 8283 Non-cash Charitable Contribution form.
