Event Information

What is it? ArtFusion is an annual, not-for-profit event for Decorative Finishers (aka faux finisher, decorative painter), painting contractors, professionals in the decorative concrete and epoxy industries, mural artists, and creatives.
What goes on there? I’m sure we don’t know everything, but…4 -5 full day and evening workshops. Expo featuring vendors, demonstrations, speakers, break-out sessions.
What are the demographics? Each year the event is held in a different state, so the demographics change slightly. On average we get a fairly even mix of attendees from all over the United States and about 15% from abroad.
How many attend? On average 200 - 300 attend. The number has fluctuated by 35 - 75 depending on location .
Where do you market the event? We have several groups on Facebook including the ArtFusion group. We also have a mailing list of 14,000+ and use Instagram, Linkedin and other social media frequently.
Should you be a Sponsor, Vendor or both?
Being an exhibitor/vendor is ideal if you are more interested in targeting the attendees of the event, and want to meet your audience in person. Plus, you are able to sell your products, which can not only generate leads, but it could pay for your trip.
Being a sponsor gets you a lot more marketing before, during and after the event. Sponsorship benefits for you include..
Top billing over exhibitors on website, blogs, social media and event banners.
You can enjoy the benefits of marketing without actually being at the event if you choose not to attend.
Many package choices to fit your budget. We will also create a package just for you if you have a different budget in mind. Examples of past promotions include a Flying Frog (not the real ones!) contest by FrogTape and a Fauxtini Party sponsored by Faux Effects, Inc. Just two unique event activities that are still talked about long after the event has ended.
Exhibitor/Vendor Pricing
The expo will be held on Friday, September 11, 2023 from 9:30am - 4pm. As well as the registered event attendees, invitations will also be sent to local paint stores, designers, contractors, artists and “like” stores. The Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Bureau is also helping to market to relevant paint, design, art stores and businesses.
You are welcome to bring your own table covering for 6” table and signage. Your business will be listed on the ArtFusion Event website and mentioned on social media.

This is the main event welcome party, expo breakfast or lunch and one that is remembered loooog after it is over. Package includes everything listed above and event musician who will perform with live painting during the event party on Friday, September 11.
Final price dependent on reception items selected. Any food and beverage ordered must be done through the hotel banquet manager.
You can choose two from the following days/times.
Opening reception on Tuesday, September 10. This is the day that the majority of people check-in for the event.
Monday Happy Hour starting at 5pm

Event Shirts $2500 Exclusive
For direct one-to-one exposure with after event visibility, this package offers a unique and collectable way of ensuring your company's logo is seen long after the Event. Shirts are white, short sleeve unisex. Design is provided by sponsor and must include the ArtFusion logo. For an additional charge we can upgrade shirt type to long sleeve, v-neck, sweatshirt, hoodie, fleece vest, jacket.
If you want to really kick it up a notch, we can have full color printing, colored garment, embroidery and even metallic, foil, and glow in the dark printing.

Swag Bags $2500 Exclusive
There’s no such thing as having too many tote bags. They’re the perfect giveaway, where attendees may need to carry around materials and documents. Swag bags are a canvas tote and will include a one color design. For an additional fee we can upgrade bag to backpack, fanny pack, sling bags. portfolio bag and/or color bag of your choice.
ArtFusion logo must be on bag along with yours. Sponsor must submit design to ArtFusion by August 1.

Speakers are always a big hit. Price is dependent on speaker, who could be anyone from celebrity to professional speaker or better yet, your own business. We have resources to help find that perfect person.
Videographer $1000+.
A professional videographer will take footage of your choosing at the event. Including a video interview footage editing after event with copies given to you for use on your own social media.
Other Sponsorships
Water Bottles/Tumblers $950.+
Your logo or business name is featured exclusively on bottle along with ArtFusion’s, which is given to attendees as they check-in. Water bottles are BPA friendly tumblers. Design is provided by sponsor and ArtFusion logo and/or text must be included. For an additional fee we can upgrade to any type of beverage container.

Everyone loves to eat! How about providing some appetizers for a meet and greet after class? Get in front of a captive audience, hand out literature, make connections. Speaking opportunity. Food/drinks must be ordered through hotel banquets.
This includes musician and speed painting as entertainment.
Event Photographer $300 day. 2 day minimum
Jacquelyn F Windbigler has been the event photographer for the last two years and will again be snapping away on her handy dandy camera phone. Yes! You read correctly. The quality and composition of Jacquelyn’s photos are fantastic! You can choose which days you would like for her to take photos. She will already be snapping away during the expo.
Custom Snackalicious sponsor $500+

Entertainment/Musician $940
This year the renowned blues musician Rick Rushing II will be performing during live painting on Thursday evening.
Price includes musician and sign with your logo to be displayed with musician.
Musician can be hired to play during part of the expo on Friday for an additional fee.
Event Lanyards $1300 sold
Give attendees a branded way to rock that ID, badge, or pass, plus they could even attach “something” to it.
Barista Bar / Snack Bar $500 + hotel fee, 4 Available
Everyone loves coffee! This opportunity allows you to sponsor a barista bar located in the exhibit hall. If you have a booth, this could be located right next to it! Sponsor is responsible for providing coffee or treats which must be purchased through resort banquet dept.
Floor and Table Decals $800+ How would you like your logo on the floor of every classroom? The flooring and table coverings are ordered through PrestoTex. We will give you a rough estimate of how much of the flooring and table covering your need then put you in touch with their rep so you can get the design and placement you want.
