  • The event is held in a different state every year and is the fusion of decorative and faux finishers, painting contractors and other decorative artists. Whether you are looking to learn new skills or products professionals as well as newbies are welcome.

  • Click on Classes in the top menu and once you have decided on which ones you want to take, there are several Register buttons to click on.

    You can get an overview of the week by clicking Schedule.

  • This mandatory fee helps cover important costs associated with producing our event and enabling us to keep it accessible and affordable for all attendees. The fee helps cover expenses like:

    Credit card processing fees

    Registration system cost

    Venue rental and setup

    Permits and licensing

    Event insurance

    Equipment rentals

    Photographer and other staffing

    Printing costs for signage and materials

    Post-event cleanup

    Not for profit event planning and logistics services

    Partial funding for after event activities

    Without the Event Support Fee, we would not be able to put on this event. We aim to keep this fee reasonably priced and welcome feedback to improve the event. Thank you for understanding that this fee is necessary to deliver the experience you enjoy at our not-for-profit event.

  • The event and Lodging are at Downtown DoubleTree Hyatt Chattanooga. Click Lodging in menu for discounted room rates. By staying at the event venue you are helping us fill our contracted obligation and to keep costs down.

    Visit the ArtFusion Event group on Facebook to post and look for roommates.

  • We understand some attendees may wish to bring a spouse or guest. Guests are welcome to attend certain portions of the event, however they will not have access to the full event experience.

    Guest Fees:

    Guests are subject to a $55 Guest Access Fee to cover costs associated with their attendance. This allows them access to select portions of the event, such as:

    Main sessions/speakers in the general event space

    Networking events, Art Show, Expo and main Event party

    Restricted Access:

    Due to space limitations and event logistics, guest access does NOT include:

    Breakout classes and workshops

    Hands-on activities and tours

    Invitation-only events

    We aim to keep the event experience focused on registered attendees while balancing the desire to bring a spouse or guest. Please contact us if you have any questions about guest attendance policies or need clarification on what access the Guest Fee includes. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to deliver a great event for all.

  • ArtFusion is a not-for-profit event and relies on your attendance to make important arrangements; therefore NO refunds or class changes after August 12, 2023. There are no refunds under any circumstances, with the exception if forced closure due to National closures, in which case you will be refunded minus $45 processing fee.

    Any change requests or cancelations must be made in writing before August 12, 2023. You must email info@artfusionevent.com and include full name, registration number. Canceling prior to August 12 there is a $65 cancelation fee and/or $45 change fee. There are no refunds or class changes issued under any circumstances after August 12, 2023.  

    ArtFusion knows you understand as a not for profit event the venue and other expenses are being paid as money is collected. Instructors are purchasing products and supplies, and making their travel and accommodations, based on the number of people registered for their class.

    ArtFusion highly encourage attendees to purchase travel insurance. There are many good ones that will reimburse for all travel expenses including classes.

    Some discounts such as Early Registration, Contests, Specials, may be voided by canceling or changing your registration.

  • Write or give us a call and we can help you with your class selection. You can also post in the ArtFusion Event group, tell people what you are interested in learning and ask for recommendations. Or contact the instructors directly to ask questions about their class.
